So, I've been reading lately from certain members of the band that Kentucky Raw (Excessive Force's debut, smash hit album) is a concept album.
Excessive Force is actually based on the latin root, "Excessi Farsilent" which means, "greatest band ever on matter what".
Excessive Force is comprised of these such individuals, except maybe Eric, but heÃƒÂ¢Ã‚Â€Ã‚Â™s blood.

Send's aptly titled Force Fed Funk merges break beats with the classic '70's back alley funk sound.
After the introduction we are treated to what is surely the highlight of the album, a moody drum and bass track called "Sea of Filth," with beautiful melodic synth washes, ominous horn stabs, and rolling breaks, all with a "filthy" feel to them, effectively setting a mood for the rest of the album.
Send - Force Fed Funk It is rare that an artist can make an album really work as a whole musical composition, let alone one who uses multiple styles.

One example recalls how Zydeco music became interchangeable in the public’s mind with Cajun music during the mass media’s popularization of Louisiana culture and music in the 1980’s.
Both were showcased in the movie, "The Big Easy’, which featured nouveau zydeco musician, Terrance Simian, as well as the Cajun band BeauSoleil playing a tune called "Zydeco Gris Gris".

Force Fed have been gigging with fellow Wellingtonians Flinch as of late, and have recorded to demo tracks with plans already in the pipeline to record a studio demo of new song "I Remember...".
A young high school band from Wellington, Force Fed were formed in late 1998 and have since played the standard up-and-coming band trial-by-fire, the Rockquest, making it to the Wellington Regional Final in 2000.
The three-piece band describe their style as "an irresistible blend of hardrock, funk, emo and punk", and state their influences in sound have progressed from Nirvana and Pearl Jam to Lagwagon and the Hippos over the course of their existence.
