 Process Philosophy
As process philosophers see it, processes are basic and things derivative, because it takes a mental process (of separation) to extract "things" from the blooming buzzing confusion of the world's physical processes.
Although their manifestations are inevitably temporal and concrete, those processes themselves can be atemporal and generic.

Expanding Consciousness - Christ Consciousness - Spiritual Being - Immortal
Another close friend, or even family member who is living in Christ Consciousness will not only not see this as a tragedy, but may experience it as a joyful process, the reunion of a suffering loved one with the Infinite.
Depending on the level of tact of the person in Christ Consciousness, they may be able to empathize with the pain of impending, apparent separation that the survivor is experiencing, but it would not be unusual for them to feel forced to lie about their perception of the experience.
They will naturally consider this to be a tragedy.

As in the case of a batch process, any solution containing a reactant which remains after separation of the desired metals or metallic compounds is returned to the start of the process in which the reactant is used.
In the process invented, any zinc sulfate remaining in solution after the removal of the desired metal is returned to the start of the process of Step 1, while other remaining reactants are returned to the start of the process in which they are used.
This entire process can also be conducted as a continuous process or process in which some of the steps are continuous and the remaining steps are conducted on a batch basis.

The AVLIS laser system is a pumped laser system comprised of one laser used to optically pump a separate dye laser, which produces the light used in the separation process.
The AVLIS process consists of a laser system and a separation system.
Principal advantages of the AVLIS process include a high separation factor, low energy consumption (approximately the same as the centrifuge process), and a small volume of generated waste.

By spring, the chemists had improved the bismuth phosphate separation process to the point that 90% of the plutonium in the slugs was recovered.
In mid-1942, Glenn Seaborg's group had used a lanthanum fluoride carrier process to separate micrograms of plutonium from uranium irradiated in cyclotrons; they now sought a means to achieve the separation on an industrial scale.
The Clinton experience indicated the bismuth phosphate carrier process was not entirely suitable for the plutonium separation process, but Seaborg's other process, using lanthanum fluoride, worked well.

Since we have successfully separated butanol using a pervaporation unit (by MTR) in a separate batch process, we believe separation of solvents by pervaporation techniques in a multi-stage continuous process should be feasible without significant membrane fouling.
Pervaporation is less energy intensive and does not require large processing steps as in the distillation-based recovery process.
The project work involves an early on collaboration among technology developer MBI International, pervaporation unit developer Membrane Technology and Research, and the technology commercializer, Natural Chem Industries, Ltd. (Southwest) with the sole aim to validate the process at pilot-scale and economics, and to commercialize the process in a shortest possible time.

In the mining industry the process has been successfully evaluated for the separation of excess sulphuric acid from copper electrolytes, the removal of magnesium and manganese contaminants from zinc electrolytes, and antimony, bismuth and nickel from copper electrolytes.
Cementation while being simple and able to achieve the required recovery has the undesirable properties of; requiring a solid-liquid separation and adding iron to solution which must be precipitated, ultimately increasing the weight of residue to landfill.
The nickel sulfide depolarized cementation process developed previously by GECAMINES was inefficient to treat such a high level of Nickel contamination and it was decided to produce alloyed Cobalt-Nickel cathodes in the Shituru tankhouse.

According to sources, after the experiments were completed, Kaeri scientists dismantled the laser equipment, and then considered molecular laser isotope separation (Mlis) of stable isotopes, a different process.
The process used was described as atomic vapor laser isotope separation (Avlis).
The proposed research would use an Mlis-type process and could be used, for example, he said, to separate isotopes of zinc, which would have nuclear materials applications, or other stable isotopes having medical applications.

Currently, the main synthetic routes (and their drawbacks) to make phenol are: the cumene process (which uses peroxide and produces acetone as a byproduct); the toluene process (which produces large amounts of CO); and a two-step chloro-benzene process (which requires corrosion-resistant materials-of-construction and generates chlorinated waste).

Isotope separation - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Isotope separation is an important process for both peaceful and military nuclear technology, and therefore the capability that a nation has for isotope separation is of extreme interest to the intelligence community.
Isotope separation is the process of concentrating specific isotopes of a chemical element by removing other isotopes, for example separating natural uranium into enriched uranium and depleted uranium.
While in general chemical elements can be purified through chemical processes, isotopes of the same element have nearly identical chemical properties, which makes this type of separation impractical, except for separation of deuterium.

Passive Two-Phase Fluid Separation - A Dynamic Simulation Model
This framework is extended to form a model paradigm in which the migratory and morphological events of a single bubble are viewed as defining the basic separation process involving a large number of bubbles in a liquid field.
An event driven model is proposed in which the global phase separation process is viewed as a series of five systematic, definitive events.
Accordingly, a numerical simulation model of the phase separation processes within a cyclonic separation device (CSD) is developed.

 Process Philosophy
As process philosophers see it, processes are basic and things derivative, because it takes a mental process (of separation) to extract "things" from the blooming buzzing confusion of the world's physical processes.
Process theology accordingly contemplates a wider realm of processes that embrace both the natural and the spiritual realms and interconnect God with the vast community of worshippers in one communal state of macroprocess that encompasses and gives embodiment to such a comprehensive whole.
Process metaphysics envisions a limit to determinism that makes room for creative spontaneity and novelty in the world (be it by way of random mutations with naturalistic processists or purposeful innovation with those who incline to a theologically teleological position).

 Welcome to Sonic Centrifuge
Sonic Centrifuge Company, Inc. is using science to improve the processing and separation technology for production in Energy and Chemical Manufacturing Industries through the development of an efficient Centrifuge Separation Process for the thermodynamic separation of industrial mixtures and waste streams.
The RandD mission of Sonic has been to provide an improved Gas Centrifuge that provides a separation means of separating fluid mixtures by phase difference expansion and centrifugation that is both energy and cost effective for industrial processes.
Due to the small differences in densities within gas mixtures, the degree of effected separation in a single gas centrifuge is generally minor, requiring the use of multiple stages of gas centrifuges to accomplish any significant level of product enrichment and waste production.
