 NONPOINT
Nonpoint has more in common with the Deftones and Incubus than they do with Limp Bizkit in that, though they do have a distinct rap element, it is de-emphasized in favor of the metal aspects of the music.
Nonpoint is a fresh new band, and is confirmed to play Ozzfest 2001, so you might say that the band is on top of the world right now, and from just one listen to their Statement CD, you would have to agree with me too!
Nonpoint has an intangible sense of danger to their music.

Nonpoint - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Nonpoint's first album, Separate Yourself, was released independently in 1997 and was followed by 1999's "Struggle on Jugular" and 2000's "Statement" (with the single "What A Day").After several tours with artists like Sevendust, Linkin Park, and Staind, the band stepped back into the studio and returned in the summer of 2002 with "Development".
On almost every album they have recorded, Sorian (a native of New Jersey) sings and raps in Spanish, although the vast majority of Nonpoint's lyrics are in English.
The band spent the following year touring extensively, most notably making an appearance at Ozzfest and WKRLs K-Rockathon.

Later in 1997 they released their premiere indie CD Separate Yourself, which became a regional best-seller.
