Which happens to be two of the first bands to release on Creation Records.
The track was released as a single in March 1990 and gave Primal Scream and Creation Records - after seven years in business - their first Top 20 hit, reaching number 16.

Beyond HIPAA: The Complexities of Electronic Records Management
Some electronic records are searchable only by their file name, used by the author or creator of the record.
In many cases, paper records are centrally managed by a records management department that controls the records after creation.
Given the inherent complexity of managing electronic records and the many possible avenues of attack on their credibility, organizations need to ensure that records are properly managed from creation to disposition to ensure that they will satisfy their legal, regulatory, and operational needs.

Shine On: A Guided Tour to Creation Records First 50 Singles - Article - Stylus Magazine
They made minimal, gothic style records, organ led Television/Lou Reed pop albums, textured guitar albums, 20-minute all instrumental albums, and even a jazz album of mainly drums, organ, and vibes.
Anyway, this is actually a pleasant enough record, buoyed by lead guitarist Jim Beattie’s layered acoustic and electric 12-string guitars and a chattering beat.
Their best work was still ahead of them, however, and the self-titled LP they released for Creation in 1988 is a bonafide masterpiece; non-LP single CRE057, “Destroy The Heart” is the rocking single that this should have been and is often rated as their best track and a definitive British indie classic.

Disillusionment with the music industry and being in a band caused Astor to disappear from the music scene for a brief period.
He returned to the Creation label to release two albums--1990's Submarine and 1991's Zoo--as well as a handful of singles, all of which featured a more mature singer/songwriter approach.

The story of Creation Records is a story of triumph over adversity, of the outsider taking on the music industry and winning, not to mention Herculean drug abuse, poor business decisions and old-fashioned good luck.
For a time in the mid ’90s, like their flagship band Oasis, Creation Records appeared to be unstoppable.
It was a state of mind, not to mention a social club and a hide-out for misfits shunned by the rest of the music industry.

This could slow down the process of accepting bibliographic records and greatly increase the time spent updating authority records to add additional information, even if that information was available at the time the authority record was created or last visited.
Any discussion of a core authority record needs to take into consideration this principle to make sure that core authority records are sufficiently complete to support the creation and use of BIBCO records with no additional authority work expected from participants.
Do not pursue the idea of a core authority record further, since as we have shown, the current national level authority record is a core record.

The Creation Records founder said in an interview with vnunet.com that while Napster should not provide free access to copyrighted music, it is helping the music industry by offering easier access to bands&; material.
However, the music sharing system remains embroiled in a number of legal spats with recording artists such as Dr Dre and Metallica, and is fighting a lawsuit by the Recording Industry Association of America, which calls for much of the company to be shut down.
McGee said downloadable music purchases combined with the Napster-type distribution system would lead to a shift in the way music is sold, from physical CDs and records to subscription-based access and downloadable music.
