On the 17th November at the same time, Classic FM will broadcast the second concert from the festival in which Emma Johnson joined the Sorrel Quartet in a performance of Mozart's Clarinet Quintet, which is of course one of the main works on Emma's most recent recording.
Two of the concerts, which were in the Festival of Music at Raymond Blanc's Le Manoir Aux Quatr' Saisons, are being broadcast by Classic FM in November.
The first album of popular classics will be released in April 2004.Â It includes a track called 'Georgie', composed by Emma for her young daughter.

Classic FM, the classical music radio station, said that it would continue to play tracks from Songs for My Sister in its programming despite the ruling to remove it from the album chart.
The chart's eligibility rules state that an album must have at least 60 per cent classical content to be included - but "the term classical is to be understood in the broad sense of the term… not just music originating in the academically recognised classical period".
Last week, the independently produced CD, which costs £9.99 and includes cover songs from musicals, original songs and music by Beethoven, was removed from the chart after the Official UK Charts Company, the body responsible for compiling the British charts, bowed to pressure from behind the scenes to reclassify it.

In the UK, TMC info is broadcast on the RDS carrier of Classic FM - the COMAND system has two tuners in, and presumably when you have navigation on, one is receiving RDS from Classic FM, and the other is what you are listening to.
If you tune away from classic FM, it warns you,and TMC symbol goes - put it back on classic FM and TMC re-appears - so I guess thats telling me there is a TMC station.
If I select dynamic, it tunes the FM to Classic FM (telling you so), and goes into dynamic nav mode.
